Quick answers

Will my unused free pages carry over to next month? No. Monthly plan pages reset at the start of each cycle.

Will my purchased extra credits expire? No. Purchased extra credits do not expire and remain available for the duration of your account.

Can I get a refund for unused pages on a cancelled plan? No. Refunds are not issued for unused pages or unused subscription time.

Is there a free trial? Fax.Plus offers a Free plan with 10 free pages once your mobile number is verified. There is no separate paid trial. Sign.Plus offers a 14-day free trial on paid plans.

What payment methods do you accept? Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal in some regions, and Apple Pay or Google Pay through the mobile apps.

Will I be charged in my local currency? We bill in USD, EUR, CHF, or GBP depending on your account currency. Your bank may apply an international conversion fee if your card's currency doesn't match.

How do I get an invoice for accounting? Invoices are auto-generated after each payment. See How can I get an official, printable invoice/receipt for my payment?.

Do you provide a W-9? No. We provide a W-8 since we're based in Switzerland.
