How can I add credit to my Fax.Plus account?

Should you exhaust your free pages under the Free plan or reach the monthly page limit on your paid subscription, adding credit will enable you to continue utilizing Fax.Plus services seamlessly, without any disruptions or constraints.

Follow these steps to add credit to your account:

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go the Profile section on your Dashboard.
  2. Under the tab for Plan & Billing, look for the box for My Credit (Company Credit for Business or Enterprise plans).
  3. Next to Current Credit, click on Add Credit.
  4. Enter your credit card information, then select the credit amount you wish to add to your account.
  5. Click on Add Credit.
