If you've initially chosen a monthly subscription for your Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus account and now wish to switch to annual billing, you can easily make this change from your account settings. Here's how you can upgrade:
- Launch the Fax.Plus app or Sign.Plus app (make sure the latest versions are installed on your iOS device).
- Go to Settings, and tap on Plan Details under the Plan & Billing settings.
- Tap on Plan Type to open the page for Select Plan.
- Choose the desired plan and click on Proceed.
- Complete the required payment and your plan will be available immediately.
- Launch the Fax.Plus app or Sign.Plus app (make sure the latest versions are installed on your Android device).
- Go to Settings, and tap on Plan Details under the Plan & Billing settings.
- Tap on Plan Type to open the page for Select Plan.
- Choose the desired plan and click on Proceed
- Complete the required payment and your plan will be available immediately.
Note: Please note that the amount already paid for your current monthly subscription won't be prorated or applied toward your new annual subscription. If your monthly plan has been unused, you can contact support@alohi.com to request a refund within the cooling-off period, or you may wait until just before your current subscription renews to make the change.
