We understand that payment errors can happen, such as accidentally using the wrong card when upgrading your plan. For security and regulatory reasons, once your payment is processed by your card issuer, we cannot cancel that charge and reissue it to a different card.
What happens after I update my payment method?
If you’ve already added and set the correct card as your default payment method, great news — this new card will be used automatically for future renewals and payments.

To ensure the correct card is used next time:
- Set your preferred card as the default in your Plan & Billing Settings.
- If you anticipate needing to pay by a specific method (e.g., PO, ACH, or company card), feel free to contact our support team before your renewal date, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the available options.
