What information is included on my Fax.Plus invoice?

Invoices are automatically generated after each successful payment and are available in your account for download or printing.

Invoice details

Each invoice includes the following information:

  • Receipt number
  • Payment date
  • Payment method
  • Alohi’s billing address
  • Your billing address (as saved in your Fax.Plus account)
  • Total amount paid
  • Product or plan purchased
  • Included pages in your plan and charges for any extra pages
  • Fax numbers associated with your account
  • Credits used or prorated adjustments (if applicable)
  • Subtotal
  • Final total

Important note about account numbers

Invoices do not include a separate account number. If you need an identifier for bookkeeping purposes, you can use your fax number instead.
