Who is eligible?
To qualify for the non-profit discount, organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Be formally recognized as a non-profit or non-governmental organization (NGO).
- Be able to verify their non-profit status through official documentation.
For U.S.-based organizations:
- Must be registered under the 501(c)(3) status.
- You can verify your status using the IRS’s official Tax Exempt Organization Search tool.
For organizations outside the U.S.:
- Must provide valid documentation issued by a government or governing body confirming your non-profit status.
Discount details
The non-profit discount applies exclusively to:
- Fax.Plus Enterprise (Annual Plan)
- Sign.Plus Enterprise (Annual Plan)
Please note:
- Discounts are not available for monthly plans or other pricing tiers.
- All applications are subject to a verification process before the discount is applied.
- Payment must be made via ACH or wire transfer. Credit cards or other payment methods are not accepted for discounted non-profit plans.
How to apply
To request access to the non-profit discount:
- Prepare documentation proving your non-profit or NGO status.
- Contact our support team or sales representative with your materials.
- Await confirmation from Alohi once your application has been reviewed and verified.
- Once approved, payment instructions will be provided for ACH or wire transfer.
