Don't see the Cancel Plan button?

If you've opened Settings → Plan & Billing → Plan Details and there is no Cancel Plan button, one of the following applies to you:

1. You're on the Free plan.
The Free plan has no button because there is nothing to cancel - it never generates charges. If you see "Upgrade" options instead of a plan with a renewal date, you're on the Free plan and no action is needed. If you're being charged despite this, see point 3.

2. You subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions billed by Apple or Google are managed entirely by them, so the web app cannot show a cancel option. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings: How to cancel my Fax.Plus subscription (Avoid Auto-Renewal Charges). Tip: if you don't see Fax.Plus listed in your Apple subscriptions, you most likely subscribed under a different Apple ID - check any other Apple accounts you use before contacting Apple support.

3. You're logged into a different account than the one being charged.
This is the most common cause. Many customers have two accounts - for example, a free account under a personal email and a paid one under a work email. If your Plan & Billing page shows "Free" but your card is being charged, search all your inboxes for "Fax.Plus" to find the account the receipts go to, and log in with that email. Can't find it? Contact us with the charge date, exact amount, and the last 4 digits of the card, and we'll locate the account for you.

4. You're a member of a team account, not the admin.
Only the account owner/admin can cancel a Business or Enterprise plan. Ask your account admin to cancel, or contact us if the admin is no longer reachable.

5. The page redirects or the button doesn't load.
If Plan & Billing sends you to another page or the button area appears empty, try a different browser or an incognito window (extensions and cached data can block the billing page from loading). If it still doesn't appear, send us a screenshot of what you see - that helps us fix it quickly.
