I signed up for Sign.Plus by mistake. How do I cancel and get a refund?

We hear this from time to time, and we understand the confusion. Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus share the same Alohi account login, which means it's possible to subscribe to one when you intended to subscribe to the other. Here's how to fix it quickly.

How to cancel the Sign.Plus subscription

1. Log in at app.sign.plus with the same credentials you use for Fax.Plus.
2. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Plan Details.
3. Click Cancel Plan next to your Sign.Plus plan.
4. Confirm the cancellation. Look for the confirmation email within a few minutes.

This stops the Sign.Plus subscription. Your Fax.Plus subscription, if you have one, is unaffected.

How to get a refund for the accidental Sign.Plus charge

Contact support at support@alohi.com as soon as possible. Include:

- The email address on your account.
- The exact date and time of the Sign.Plus subscription.
- A confirmation that you have not used the Sign.Plus features (have not sent any signature requests).

For genuine signup errors reported within 24 hours, where Sign.Plus has not been used, we review the request against our refund policy. Most cases like this are resolved with a full refund of the Sign.Plus charge while keeping your Fax.Plus subscription active.

What if I've already used some Sign.Plus features?

If you've sent signature requests on the new Sign.Plus plan, the refund window narrows. Contact us anyway: in cases where the use was minimal and clearly accidental (one or two test sends), we still review.
