How to add VAT, Tax ID, or company information to my Sign.Plus invoice

If you need a Sign.Plus invoice that includes your company name, Tax ID/VAT number, or billing address (for tax filing or accounting), here's how.

How to add billing information during purchase

When upgrading or purchasing a Sign.Plus plan, you can enter your billing details before completing payment.

  1. On the checkout page, locate the Billing Address section.
  2. Fill in your billing information:
    • Country – Select from the drop-down list.
    • Address – Enter your street address. Use the optional Address Line 2 for suite, floor, etc.
    • City, State/Province, and ZIP/Postal Code – Provide your location details as shown on your payment method.
  3. If you're making a business purchase, check I'm purchasing as a business and complete:
    • Company Name (e.g., "Good Mood, Lda")
    • Tax ID (e.g., "PT504208209")
  4. Review your information, then complete the purchase.

Your billing address will be saved for future invoices and receipts.

How to update your billing information

If you need to update existing billing details:

  1. Log in to Sign.Plus.
  2. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.
  3. In the Billing Details section, update the necessary fields (address, postal code, Tax ID, company name, etc.).
  4. Click Confirm to save your changes.

Future invoices will reflect the updated information.

Can I get a W-9 or W-8 form?

We provide a W-8 (since we're based in Switzerland, not the US). See How can I obtain a W-9 form for Alohi?.

We do not provide a W-9 because we're not a US entity. If your accountant requests "W-9 or equivalent," our W-8 is the equivalent.
