I paid for a Fax.Plus account, but It shows as Free

If you’ve upgraded your Fax.Plus account but are still being prompted to upgrade or purchase a fax number, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Verify the Email Address You’re Logged In With

Make sure you’re signed in with the same email address used to purchase your Fax.Plus subscription.

It’s common to accidentally log in with a different email (for example, a personal instead of a work email), which may be linked to a free account.

Confirm Your Payment Was Successful or Review Previous Payments

Check your bank or credit card statement to ensure the payment for your upgrade was successfully processed.

Look for a charge from Alohi (the service provider for Fax.Plus).

Still Seeing a Free Account?

    • The date of the charge

    • The last four digits of the card used
