If you're on the Fax.Plus Enterprise 4,000 Pages Plan and you've used up your monthly page allowance, you have two ways to keep faxing without interruption. The right choice depends on how often you run out.
Option 1: Upgrade to the 6,000 Pages Plan
Best if you run out of pages regularly.
If you find yourself exceeding 4,000 pages most months, upgrading to the 6,000 Pages Plan is the most cost-effective option. When you upgrade:
- Your new 6,000-page allowance is allocated immediately.
- You'll be charged for the new plan.
- You won't need to top up credit each time you approach your limit.
This gives you more headroom every month and avoids the hassle of monitoring your usage closely.
How to upgrade:
- Log in to your Fax.Plus account.
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Click on Upgrade.
- Select the 6,000 Pages Plan and confirm the change.
Option 2: Stay on the 4,000 Pages Plan and add credit
Best if you only run out occasionally.
If exceeding 4,000 pages is a rare occurrence, there's no need to commit to a larger plan. You can simply add credit to your account to cover the additional pages whenever you need them.
This way, you only pay for the extra pages when you actually use them, and your monthly or annual plan stays the same. For more information refer to: How to add credit?
