How can I add credit to my Fax.Plus account?

Adding credit lets you keep sending faxes without interruption - whether you've used up your free pages on the Free plan or hit your monthly page allowance on a paid subscription.

Follow these steps to add credit to your account:

Add credit via the Web App

  1. Log in to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Settings section on your Dashboard.
  2. Under the tab for Plan & Billing, look for the box for My Credit (Company Credit for Business or Enterprise plans).
  3. Next to Current Credit, click on Add Credit.
  4. Enter your credit card information, then select the credit amount you wish to add to your account.

    Note: Available top-up amounts: $8.99, $17.99, $34.99, $99.99, $199.99, $599.99, $999.99

  5. Click on Add Credit.

Add credit via the iOS app

  1. Launch the Fax.Plus app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap on My Credit under Plan & Billing, followed by Buy Credit.
  4. Select the credit amount you wish to add to your account.

    Note: Available top-up amounts:: $8.99, $17.99, $34.99, $99.99, $179.99

  5. Confirm the payment.

Add credit via the Android app

  1. Launch the Fax.Plus app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap on My Credit under Plan & Billing, followed by Buy Credit.
  4. Select the credit amount you wish to add to your account. Enter your credit card information.

    Note: Available top-up amounts: $8.99, $17.99, $34.99, $99.99, $179.99

  5. Confirm by tapping on Buy.
