After you've determined the plan that aligns with your requirements, you can find specific instructions within this article to seamlessly upgrade to your chosen plan via our mobile apps or web app.
Follow these steps to upgrade to one of our paid plans:
- Login to your Free Fax.Plus account, and go to the Settings section on your dashboard.
- Find the Plan & Billing tab. Under the box for Plan Details, look for Plan Type and click on Upgrade.
- A popup will appear where you can select your preferred plan and billing cycle (annual or monthly).
- Next, choose the country and city where you wish to obtain a fax number. If you select a country with:

- Perform your payment, and your number will immediately be available!

Click on Upload Documents, provide your contact information, and attach a proof of billing address document (PDF, JPG, and PNG formats are accepted). Your documents will be reviewed, and upon verification, your number will be available immediately.

- Launch the Fax.Plus app (make sure the latest version of Fax.Plus is installed on your iOS device).
- Go to Settings, and tap on Plan Details under the Plan & Billing settings.
- Tap on Plan Type to open the page for Select Plan.
- Choose the desired plan as well as the country, area code and the number type of your fax number, click on Proceed.
- Complete the required payment and your plan will be available immediately.
- Launch the Fax.Plus app (make sure the latest version of Fax.Plus is installed on your Android device).
- Go to Settings, and tap on Plan Details under the Plan & Billing settings.
- Tap on Plan Type to open the page for Select Plan.
- Choose the desired plan as well as the country, area code and the number type of your fax number, click on Proceed.
- Complete the required payment and your fax number will be available immediately.
