Currently, account data deletion is permitted only for accounts on the Free plan without any remaining credits. If you have an active subscription or credits remaining, account deletion cannot be processed.
How to Delete Your Account Data
To delete your account data while on the Basic plan, you will first need to cancel your subscription and use any remaining credits until your account reverts to the Free plan with zero credits:
- Cancel your active subscription through your account settings.
- Utilize all remaining credits on your account.
- Confirm your account status has changed to Free plan with zero credits.
- You can then delete data linked to your Free Alohi Account (Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus) and close your account by accessing the data deletion link directly from your account at https://app.fax.plus/data-deletion.
