All subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing to an Alohi paid plans (Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus, Dial.Plus or Scan.Plus), you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.
Subscriptions automatically renew. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Preventing Future Renewal Charges
To avoid unexpected renewals:
