Where do I find my next billing or renewal date?

Your next renewal date — when you'll be charged again — is shown in your Fax.Plus account. Here's where to look.

Web App

  1. Log in to Fax.Plus at app.fax.plus.
  2. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Plan Details
  3. 3. The next renewal date is shown next to your current plan, labeled Plan Renewal Date

iOS or Android app

  1. Open the Fax.Plus app.
  2. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
  3. Click on your plan to view your Plan Details followed by Plan Renewal Date

Apple App Store subscriptions

If you subscribed through Apple, the renewal date is shown in your Apple subscription settings:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to **Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions**.
  2. Tap Fax.Plus.
  3. Renewal date is shown there.

Google Play subscriptions

  1. Open Google Play.
  2. Tap your profile → **Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions**.
  3. Tap Fax.Plus.
  4. Renewal date is shown there.

How early can I cancel before renewal?

You can cancel anytime before the renewal date. Cancelling at any point in your current cycle stops the next charge — even if you cancel hours before renewal. Your access continues until the cycle ends.

I want to change my renewal date

Renewal dates are fixed based on your subscription start date and cannot be changed. See Changing Your Fax.Plus Billing or Renewal Date for details.

If you really need a different renewal date, the only way is to cancel and re-subscribe with a different email address on your preferred date. The canceled plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
