If you only need to send one fax, or fax a few times a year, you don't need a monthly plan. Here are your options, from cheapest to most flexible.

We don't offer free trials - the Free plan is the no-cost option, and it never charges you. You're only billed if you buy a paid plan or add credit yourself.
Option 1: Free plan - for a single short fax
Every new account starts on the Free plan. Once you verify your mobile number, you get 10 free pages to send faxes from the web or mobile app.
- The 10 pages are given once. They don't reset monthly.
- You can send faxes but not receive them - the Free plan has no fax number.
- Some destinations count as more than one page per page sent, so 10 pages may not cover a 10-page fax. See How can I send a fax for free?
Option 2: Pay-as-you-go credit - for occasional faxes
Stay on the Free plan and add credit to pay only for the pages you send.
- The smallest top-up is $10.
- Credit never expires, so the rest stays on your account for next time - next month or next year.
- No subscription and no recurring charges.
- You can send but not receive faxes.

Option 3: Basic plan, cancelled after use - if you also need to receive
If someone needs to fax you back (a reply from a government office, a signed form), you need your own fax number, which comes with a paid plan.
- Subscribe to the Basic monthly plan - check the toggle shows Monthly, not Annual, before you pay. See current prices on our plans page.
- Send and receive what you need.
- Cancel your plan right away. You keep access until the month ends and you won't be charged again.
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Subscription payments aren't refunded, so cancel as soon as you've finished - it doesn't cut your month short. See our refund policy.
I only see paid plans - where is the Free plan?
The Free plan isn't listed on the plans page because it's the starting point for every account. Sign up at app.fax.plus, skip the plan selection, and verify your mobile number to get your 10 free pages.
If you've already signed up, check Settings → Plan & Billing: if it shows Free, you're on the Free plan and won't be charged.
