Some websites use names that look similar to Fax.Plus but are not operated by Alohi and have no connection to Fax.Plus. This article explains how to make sure you're using the official Fax.Plus service, and what to do if you were charged by another website.
Official Fax.Plus websites
Fax.Plus is operated by Alohi SA. Our only official websites are:
- www.fax.plus - our main website and pricing
- app.fax.plus - the Fax.Plus web app
- www.alohi.com - our company website
- help.alohi.com - our Help Center
Our support team only contacts you from @alohi.com email addresses.
Important: Websites with similar names, such as names that add extra words before or after "Fax Plus", are not affiliated with Fax.Plus or Alohi. We have no access to accounts or payments made on those websites.
Official Fax.Plus mobile apps
Download Fax.Plus only from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The official apps are published by Alohi SA. Check the developer name on the app page before downloading.
How to check whether you have a Fax.Plus account
- Go to app.fax.plus and sign in with the email address you think you used.
- If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same sign-in option.
- If you can't sign in, contact us at support@alohi.com with your email address and we'll check for you.
Charged by a website that isn't Fax.Plus?
If you don't have a Fax.Plus account, or the charge doesn't match your Fax.Plus plan, the payment was most likely made on another website. We can't refund or cancel services purchased from other companies. Instead:
- Check the email receipt or your bank statement for the name of the company that charged you.
- Contact that company directly, using the support details on its website or receipt.
- If you can't reach them, contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge.
Tip: If you're not sure whether a charge comes from Fax.Plus, email support@alohi.com with the date, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card. We'll check our records and let you know.
