Yes. On the Free plan you can top up your account with credit and pay only for the pages you actually send. It's ideal if you only fax occasionally - even just once or twice a year.
How pay-as-you-go works
Minimum top-up: $8.99 in credit. This is the smallest amount you can add at one time - there isn't a smaller package, but the balance doesn't have to be used all at once.
Credit never expires and carries over month to month, so you can keep the balance on your account and use it whenever you need to send a fax, whether that's next week or next year.
No subscription required. Pay-as-you-go works on the Free plan with no recurring charges.
How much does each page cost?
On the Free plan, the per-page cost is $0.20, but the total cost may vary depending on the destination country. For more information refer to: What countries can I send faxes to? How much does it cost?
Example: occasional sender
If you fax a 3-page document to the USA twice a year, that's 6 pages total. At $0.20/page (domestic US/Canada destination), the actual cost is around $1.20 - but since the minimum top-up is $8.99, you'd add $8.99 once and have remaining credit available for the next year or beyond. The unused balance stays on your account indefinitely.
A few useful things to know
- Credit is shared across your account - you can use it whenever and however you like until it's gone.
- You don't need to top up again until your balance runs low.
