Every paid plan with Fax.Plus includes a minimum of one exclusive fax number. You can easily locate your dedicated fax number(s) within the Faxes section on your dashboard.
To successfully receive faxes, it's essential to have an active paid plan and an adequate number of remaining pages to accommodate new incoming faxes. Additionally, ensure that the sender is directing the fax to your present fax number, starting with + sign, the country code and area code. For example: +16692001010.
Benefit: Your fax number is always ready to receive new incoming faxes, even if you are not connected to the internet
Your incoming fax documents are located within the Faxes section on your dashboard, accessible under the tab for Inbox. You will promptly receive email and push notifications upon the arrival of a new incoming fax.
The monthly allotted quota of pages accounts for both incoming and outgoing faxes. For example, with the Basic plan you get 200 pages to send and receive.
