How many faxes can I receive at the same time?
With our Basic and Premium Plans, you can receive up to two faxes simultaneously on a single fax number. This ensures smooth, reliable faxing during everyday business operations.
With our Business Plan, you can receive up to 10 faxes per number at the same time.
For organizations that handle higher fax volumes, the Enterprise Plan offers enhanced capacity, supporting up to 60 simultaneous incoming faxes per number. It’s an ideal choice for ensuring consistent, uninterrupted fax delivery even during your busiest times.
What happens if more than two faxes arrive at once?
If you’re on a plan that supports two concurrent faxes and a third fax comes in at the same time, the sender may hear a busy tone. This is typically due to multiple faxes being sent at once.
In these cases, we recommend asking the sender to:
- Cancel the current attempt, and
- Resend the fax shortly after, once a line becomes available.
