What is the next page Reset Date?

The Reset Date is the date when your monthly fax page allowance is automatically refreshed based on your subscription plan.

Each Fax.Plus subscription includes a specific number of fax pages that can be sent or received per month. When you reach this limit, you won’t be able to send or receive additional faxes unless you add credit to your account or wait for the next reset cycle.

On the next page Reset Date, your page balance is automatically renewed and your monthly page quota becomes available again.

When does the page reset happen?

Your page usage resets once per billing cycle, on the same day each month when your subscription renews.

For example:

  • If your subscription started on the 10th of the month, your page allowance will reset on the 10th of each following month.

Where can I find my next page Reset Date?

You can find your next page Reset Date in your Fax.Plus account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fax.Plus account.
  2. Go to the Settings tab and Plan & Billing section.
  3. Locate the Plan Details and click on information symbol ⓘ next to Remaining Pages.
  4. Your page Reset Date will be displayed alongside your page usage information.

What if I run out of pages before the reset date?

If you reach your monthly page limit before the reset date, you can:

  • Add credit to your account to continue sending and receiving faxes immediately, or
  • Wait until the Next Page Reset Date, when your monthly page quota will automatically refresh.
