What causes the 'Insufficient Credit' error message to appear?

If your fax is stuck in your Outbox with the 'Insufficient Credit' message, it indicates the following:

  1. Your current plan has no available pages left.
  2. There's no additional credit in your account.

To successfully send your fax, you must add credit to your account. After doing so, revisit your outbox and choose Resend. If needed, learn how to add credits to your account, here.

Note: If you’re seeing an “Insufficient Credit” message as a team member of a Business or Enterprise account — even though your corporate account has sufficient credit — please reach out to your account admin and ask them to increase your monthly quota to resolve the issue.
