Enhance your fax organization by including notes, making it simpler to locate specific faxes in the future.
Notes are purely for your personal reference and won't be included when faxing other documents. You'll find your notes in the Note column within the Sent Faxes tab. If you need to fax a particular note, you can attach it as a cover sheet to your fax.
Whether you're sending a fax or managing previously sent and received faxes, you have the flexibility to add notes to further streamline your faxing experience.
How can I add a note while sending a fax?
Within the Send Fax section on your Dashboard, find the Add Note icon. A popup will be revealed where you can add in your note. Once Confirmed, Send your fax.
How can I add a note to a fax I sent or received previously?
- Launch the Fax.Plus app.
- Go to Faxes, and look for the fax you wish to add a note to. Once you find the fax, long press and select Add Note.
- Add your text, and tap on OK.
