Who can use this feature?
Available on Basic, Premium, Business and Enterprise plans.
The account Owner or an Admin, on the Web App, iOS and Android.
Cancelling stops your plan from renewing. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Paid through the iPhone app or Google Play? Cancel there instead: see How to cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Not sure? If your receipt came from Apple or Google, cancel there. If it came from Alohi, use the steps below.
Cancel on the web
- Log in at app.fax.plus with the email address your receipts are sent to.
- Go to Settings > Plan & Billing > Plan Details.
- Click Manage Plan, then Cancel Plan.
- You may see an offer for a cheaper plan. To keep cancelling, decline it by clicking Continue Cancellation. See What is the Basic Lite offer?
- Click Cancel my Plan. Wait for the confirmation before closing the page.
Cancel in the mobile app
- Open the Fax.Plus app and go to Settings > Plan & Billing > Plan Details.
- Tap Manage Plan, then Cancel Plan.
- Tap Cancel my Plan.

Check that it worked
You're done when both are true:
- Plan Details shows Canceled with an expiry date, not a renewal date.
- You received a cancellation email (check spam).
No email after 30 minutes, or still a renewal date? The cancellation didn't finish. Repeat the steps.
What happens next

| The day after your paid period ends | Your account is paused: you can't send or receive faxes. We hold your fax number for 30 days. |
| 31 days after your paid period ends | Your account moves to the Free plan and your fax number is released. |
Changed your mind? Click Reactivate in Plan & Billing before your paid period ends.
