Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're experiencing problems signing in to Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus or Dial.Plus, your browser or network environment may be interfering with the authentication process.

Before contacting support, please check that none of the following are affecting your login:

  • Browser extensions (such as ad blockers, privacy, or security extensions)
  • Proxy or zero-trust platforms (such as Zscaler or Cloudflare Zero Trust)
  • User scripts or browser customizations (such as Tampermonkey, Greasemonkey, or other scripts that modify web pages)

These tools may block, modify, or remove parts of the Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus or Dial.Plus web application that are required for secure authentication.

Troubleshooting steps

Please try the following:

  1. Open Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus or Dial.Plus in an Incognito or Private browsing window.
  2. Disable all browser extensions and try signing in again.
  3. If your organization uses a proxy or zero-trust platform, temporarily bypass it (if permitted by your IT policies), or try signing in from a device or network that does not use it (for example, a mobile device using a cellular connection).
  4. Disable any user scripts or browser automation tools that modify websites.
  5. Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try signing in again.
  6. Try a different supported browser to determine whether the issue is browser-specific.

If the issue persists

If you're still unable to sign in, please contact Alohi Support and include:

  • A description of the issue.
  • The email address you're using to sign in.
  • The browser and operating system you're using.
  • Whether you're using:
    • Browser extensions
    • A proxy or zero-trust platform (such as Zscaler or Cloudflare Zero Trust)
    • User scripts or browser customization tools
  • Any error messages or screenshots you receive during the login process.

Providing this information will help our support team identify the cause of the issue more quickly.
