I forgot my password / I can't log in - how to reset it and what to do if the email doesn't arrive

If you've forgotten your Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus or Dial.Plus password, or you simply can't log in, you can reset it in a couple of minutes. This article walks you through resetting your password and what to do if the reset email doesn't arrive.

Before you start, make sure you are logged out of your Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus or Dial.Plus account.

Reset your password

Go to the login page for your product:

  • Fax.Plus: app.fax.plus
  • Sign.Plus: app.sign.plus
  • Dial.Plus: app.dial.plus

Enter the email address associated with your account. Click "Sign In." Click "Forgot Password" in the bottom-right corner. Check your inbox for an email containing a password reset link. Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.

Didn't receive the password reset email?

If you requested a reset link but it hasn't arrived, work through these checks in order:

  • Wait a few minutes and check your spam, junk, and promotions folders - the email can take a little time to arrive or be filtered.
  • Confirm you entered the exact email address used to create your account (a typo or a different address will mean no email is sent).
  • If you signed up with Google or Apple, you may not have a password to reset. Use your Google or Apple sign-in instead, or follow the steps in "I signed up with Google…" / "I signed up with Microsoft…, and now I do not have a password to enter the account."
  • If you no longer have access to that email address, see "I lost access to the email used to create my Fax.Plus account."
  • If the link still doesn't arrive, you can request a temporary password from our support team - see How to request a temporary password.

Still can't get in?

If none of the above works, your account may be blocked rather than a password problem - for example, after a payment dispute or a security flag. In that case, see My Fax.Plus account is blocked or I'm locked out - why it happens and how to regain access.

If you're still stuck, contact our support team and we'll help you regain access.
