I signed up with Google, and now I do not have a password to enter the account. How can I access my account?

If you initially signed up for Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus using your Google account, you might not have set up a separate password for direct account access.

To create or reset your password, you can follow these steps to switch from Google sign-in to regular email login:

  1. Click on the following link to navigate to our password reset page: Reset Your Password.
  2. Input the email address that is associated with your account in the provided field. This should be the same email address used for your Google account with which you signed up.
  3. After submitting your email address, check your inbox for an email from us containing a link to reset your password. If you do not see the email shortly, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure it was not misdirected.
  4. Click the link in the email to be redirected to a secure page where you can set up a new password.
  5. Once your password is set, you can proceed to log in using your email address and the new password you have created. This allows you to access your account without needing to use the Google login option.
