What can I do if a user creates a Free account beforehand outside of my company's account?

If an individual within your organization creates a free Fax.Plus or Sign.Plus account independently and later wishes to join your corporate account, they have two options to address this situation:

  1. They can change the email address associated with their account.
  2. They can request to delete their Free account by sending an account deletion request directly from their account at https://app.fax.plus/data-deletion
