If You Have a Verified Mobile Number
If you have a mobile number verified in your Fax.Plus account:
- Send an SMS to +1 888 233 0501 from your verified mobile number.
- Include the following information in your message:
- The last 4 digits of the card used to pay for your subscription
- Your Fax.Plus account email address
Once we verify your information, we will send you a temporary password.
If You Do Not Have a Verified Mobile Number
If you do not have a mobile number verified in your account:
- Send us an email from the email address associated with your Fax.Plus account.
- Include the following:
- The last 4 digits of the card used for payment
- A copy or screenshot of a recent bank statement showing a charge from Fax.Plus
For your privacy, you may hide or blur any unrelated transactions. We only need to see your name and the Fax.Plus charge.
After successful verification, we will provide you with a temporary password so you can regain access to your account.
