If you accidentally upgraded to an annual subscription but intended to select a monthly plan, we understand this can be frustrating.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the billing cycle from annual to monthly once the annual plan has been activated.
As outlined in our refund policy, we do not offer prorated refunds for subscription changes. This means the annual subscription cannot be partially refunded or converted to a monthly plan for the remaining period.
What are my options?
You can continue using your annual plan until the end of the current billing period. If you prefer a monthly plan moving forward, you can switch plans once the annual subscription expires.
If you believe the upgrade was made in error and the plan has not yet been used, you may contact our support team at support@alohi.com. Our team will review the request according to our refund policy.
