Available on Premium, Business and Enterprise plans.
Accessible to Owners and Admins.
Note: Toll-free numbers are available on Premium plans and above.
If you don’t have a fax number yet
When you pick your fax number during plan upgrade, simply select Toll-free from the available number types.
If you already have a fax number
Your options depend on your plan:
- Basic plan: Toll-free isn’t available. You’ll need to upgrade to Premium (or higher) and then change your number to a toll-free number.
- Premium plan: You can either change your current number to a toll-free number, or upgrade to a multi number plan if you want a toll-free number as a second number.
- Business / Enterprise plans: You can change your existing number(s) to toll-free or purchase an additional number.
