Can I call forward my faxes to a different number?

The call forwarding feature is provided by the carrier initiating the call (your current provider). They must make the changes to your current fax number if you want to forward it to a different number. Once you have call-forwarded your number, you will receive all incoming faxes in your Fax.Plus account. However, the fax number used for outbound transmissions will still be the number acquired through Fax.Plus.

Note: We do not support call forwarding to another provider. Call forwarding only works when your existing provider forwards your calls into Fax.Plus.

As an alternative, you can transfer (port) your current fax number into your Fax.Plus account. This allows you to use the same number for both sending and receiving faxes directly within Fax.Plus.
