You can port out numbers that were originally ported into Fax.Plus from another provider. If you’re unsure whether your number is portable, we’re happy to check for you.

If your number is eligible for port-out (i.e. it was ported in from another provider), here’s how to proceed:
- Email our porting team at support@alohi.com with the subject line “Port Out Request.”
- In your message, please include:
- The fax number you wish to port out
- The reason for porting out
- The name of the new service provider
- Once reviewed, we will provide you with a port-out PIN and any additional details required to complete the process with your new provider.
