- Confirm that your fax number is actively in use with RingCentral and that they support number porting.
- Fill out the Porting Request Form available here. Our team will quickly evaluate the portability of your number and provide a response within one business day.
- Should your number qualify for porting, you may need to upgrade your Fax.Plus plan based on the destination country. For example, porting a US number typically requires an upgrade to at least the Premium plan. During this period, we will assign a temporary number to your account.
