If you are unable to access the Initiate Porting Form, you can still request to port your U.S. fax number to Fax.Plus by sending the required documents directly to our support team.
Step 1: Request the LOA Form
Send an email to support@alohi.com and request a Letter of Authorization (LOA) form. Our team will provide the form for you to complete and sign.
Step 2: Prepare the Required Documents
Once you receive the LOA form from our team, please complete and return it along with:
- Signed LOA – Provided by our support team.
- Most Recent Invoice for Your Number – A billing statement showing your name and the fax number you wish to port. (A summary invoice is sufficient as long as it verifies ownership.)
Send both documents back to support@alohi.com.
Step 3: Upgrade Your Plan
Before porting can begin, your account must be on a Premium, Business, or Enterprise plan.
- When upgrading, select a random fax number as a temporary placeholder.
- Once your ported number is successfully transferred, the temporary number will be removed from your account.
Step 4: Porting Process
- After we receive your signed LOA, invoice, and confirm your plan upgrade, we’ll initiate the porting request.
- You’ll be kept informed of progress by our support team.
- Once the process is complete, your existing fax number will be assigned to your Fax.Plus account.
Important Notes
- Carrier Restrictions: Please ensure your current carrier allows port outs, as we don’t have access to your contract.
- Timeline: Porting duration may vary depending on your current carrier.
- Preparation: Submitting complete and accurate documents will help avoid delays.
