If your Fax.Plus number is showing as busy when someone tries to send you a fax, it usually means that your account has reached its monthly page quota.
Why this happens
Each subscription plan comes with a set number of pages included per month. Once this quota is used up, your number may not be able to send or receive additional fax pages until your next reset date.
What you can do
To continue sending and receiving faxes without waiting for the quota to reset, the account owner or admin can add credit to the account. This credit can be used to cover extra fax pages beyond your plan’s monthly allowance.

Note: If you are part of a corporate account, please note that the admin may also need to increase the default quota to make the added credit available to corporate members.
Next reset date
Your quota automatically resets at the start of your new billing cycle. At that point, you’ll receive your included pages again according to your subscription plan.
