To claim 10 free pages, you need to validate your mobile number. Ensure to provide a valid mobile number before sending a fax.
For security purposes, we send verification codes only when the country associated with your IP address matches the country code of the phone number you're trying to verify.
To receive the verification code, please make sure that any VPNs are turned off. If you're not using a VPN and still having trouble, try verifying your account with another mobile number from the same region as your IP address.
Each mobile number can only be used to verify one account. If you previously used the same mobile number for another account, you’ll need to log in to that account instead. Please note that the 10 free pages are granted only once per user and cannot be claimed again.
Free plan users who have verified their email address but not their mobile number can still send faxes by purchasing credits.
