Concurrent outbound faxes refer to the number of faxes per fax number your account can send at the same time. This determines how many fax transmissions can be active concurrently before new ones are queued.
When your account reaches its concurrent fax limit, any additional faxes will automatically enter a sending queue and begin transmitting once active faxes complete.
Concurrent Fax Limits by Plan
- Basic plan: Up to 2 concurrent outbound faxes
- Premium plan: Up to 2 concurrent outbound faxes
- Business plan: Up to 10 concurrent outbound faxes per number
- Enterprise plan: Up to 60 concurrent outbound faxes per number
How It Works
- Each active fax counts toward your concurrent limit.
- Once the limit is reached, new faxes are placed in a queue.
- The system automatically starts sending queued faxes as soon as an active one completes.
Example
If you’re on the Business plan, you can send 10 faxes per number simultaneously. If you send 15 faxes, the first 10 will send immediately, while the remaining 5 will wait in the queue until space becomes available.
🚀 Need More Capacity?
If your organization sends a high volume of faxes, consider upgrading to the Enterprise plan for up to 60 concurrent outbound faxes per number - ensuring faster delivery and minimal delay.
