Changing Your Fax.Plus Billing or Renewal Date

We understand that you may wish to adjust your billing or renewal date for convenience. However, please note that it is not possible to change the renewal date of your current Fax.Plus subscription once it has been set.

Why the Billing Date Can’t Be Changed

When you subscribe to a paid plan, your billing cycle begins on the day you activate your subscription. The system automatically renews your plan on the same date each month to ensure your fax number remains active and your service uninterrupted.
For example, if you subscribed on the 7th of the month, your future renewals will continue to occur on the 7th.

Upgrading or Changing Plans

If you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan, or switch from one monthly plan to another, your new plan begins immediately, and your billing date is adjusted to reflect the new plan’s start date.
Please note that any remaining balance from your previous plan will not be credited toward the new subscription.
