If you’ve recently paid for a Fax.Plus plan (for example, $167 annually) but still don’t see a fax number or access to your paid features, it’s possible that your payment was made under a different email address than the one you’re currently using to log in.
Why This Happens
Each Fax.Plus account is tied to a specific email address.
If you made a payment while logged in under a different account (for example, with a work or alternate email), your payment and fax number will be associated with that account instead of your Free one.
How to Resolve This
To help our support team locate your paid account and resolve the issue quickly, please contact us at support@alohi.com and include one of the following details:
- The email address you used for your paid Fax.Plus account
- Your fax number (if you have one)
- A billing statement showing the charge, including the last four digits of the credit card used for payment
Our team will verify the information and help you locate and access your paid account.
Tip: Before contacting support, try signing in with any other email addresses you may have used when subscribing (for example, your work or personal email). This often resolves the issue immediately.
