How to Purchase a Local Fax Number from Hong Kong

At this time, local fax numbers from Hong Kong are available upon request for paid Fax.Plus users. If your account is currently on the Free Plan, please upgrade to at least the Premium Plan to activate your account with a temporary fax number. Once your plan is active, our team will acquire and assign a local Hong Kong fax number to your account.

Step 1: Upgrade to a Paid Plan

Via Web App

1. Log in to your Fax.Plus account at https://app.fax.plus .
2. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing, then click Upgrade.
3. Choose Monthly or Annual billing and select either the Premium, Business or Enterprise plan.
4. Under Fax Number, select United States (US) and pick a random number. This is a temporary number that will be replaced with the local fax number from Hong Kong.
5. Complete the payment to activate your plan.

Via Mobile App

1. Open the Fax.Plus app on your device.
2. Tap Settings > My Fax > Fax Number.
3. Select your preferred plan (Premium, Business or Enterprise) and billing cycle.
4. Choose the United States (US) and select a random number type. This is a temporary number that will be replaced with the local fax number from Hong Kong.
5. Complete the in-app purchase to activate your plan and temporary number.

Step 2: Request a Hong Kong Fax Number

Once your paid plan is active, please contact our Support Team at support@alohi.com to request a local Hong Kong fax number. Our team will acquire the number and transfer it to your Fax.Plus account as soon as it becomes available.
