How to Acquire a Local German Fax Number

If you’d like to purchase a local German fax number (+49...) in Fax.Plus, please note that these numbers are subject to regulatory requirements. You’ll need to submit and have your regulatory documents approved before our team can assign a number to your account.

Step 1: Submit Regulatory Documents

1. Log in to your Fax.Plus account.
2. Go to the Faxing tab.
3. Locate Fax Numbers Regulatory Documents.
4. Click on Manage next to Regulatory Documents and follow the prompts to upload your documents.

Step 2: Approval Process

• Once submitted, our compliance team will review your documents.
• When approved, you will receive an email notification confirming that your documents are validated.

Step 3: Request a German Fax Number

After your documents have been approved:

• Please reach out to support@alohi.com .
• Our inventory team will then acquire a local German fax number for your account.

Important Notes

• If you already have an approved bundle, you’ll still need to contact support@alohi.com to request a new German fax number.
• Numbers are acquired on a per-order basis.
