When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, your previous plan is immediately terminated, and the new plan takes effect right away.
What happens to my allotted pages?
Each plan comes with a set number of monthly pages, which are:
- Valid within their respective billing cycles.
- Non-transferable between plans or future billing cycles.
This means that any unused pages from your previous plan will expire once the plan either ends or is upgraded. These pages do not carry over to your new subscription.
Example:
If you were on the Basic plan with 200 pages/month and upgraded mid-cycle to the Premium plan with 500 pages/month, your Basic plan credits would expire when the upgrade takes effect, and your new plan would start with a fresh 500-page balance.
