Fax number retention requires a paid plan
Your allocated fax number is only active and reserved as long as your account remains on a paid plan (e.g., Basic, Premium, Business or Enterprise). If you downgrade to the Free plan, your fax number will be released.
What happens when you downgrade to Free
- Your fax number will no longer be assigned to your account.
- You will lose the ability to send or receive faxes using that number.
