How can I send faxes from my multiple assigned fax numbers?

If you’re a Business or Enterprise user with multiple fax numbers assigned to your Fax.Plus account, you can easily choose which number to send a fax from. This is especially useful for companies with several branches, departments, or regional operations.

You can easily manage and switch between your assigned fax numbers directly from the Web App or Mobile App (iOS/Android). Here’s how:

Sending faxes from the Web App

1. Log in to your Fax.Plus account.
2. Navigate to the Send Fax section on your dashboard.
3. At the top of the page, next to Send Fax, you’ll see your current fax number displayed.
4. Click the drop-down arrow beside your fax number.
5. Select the fax number you want to use from the list of available numbers.
6. Proceed to compose and send your fax as usual.

Sending faxes from the Mobile App (iOS & Android)

1. Open the Fax.Plus app.
2. Tap on Send Fax.
3. At the top of the screen, next to your current fax number, tap the drop-down arrow.
4. Select the fax number you want to use from the list of available numbers.
5. Proceed with your fax as usual.
