The Enterprise plan by Fax.Plus includes a high-volume fax option for organizations that need a higher monthly faxing capacity. With this option, account Owners and Administrators can subscribe to a custom fax plan with an increased monthly page allowance.
This is especially useful for teams that regularly send and receive more than 6,000 pages per month.
Sign up for a custom high-volume plan (or switch to a different high-volume plan)
- Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Settings section on your Dashboard.
- Under the tab for Plan & Billing tab, find Plan Details.
- Click on Upgrade.
- Under Your Plan, select Enterprise High Volume.
- For Faxing Destination, make a selection between the US and Canada, and International.
- Allocate an amount for Required Pages Per Month.
- Select your preferred fax numbers.
- Once the preferred plan option is selected, click on Confirm and Pay. The changes will apply immediately.
How do I downgrade my high-volume plan?
If you’d like to move to a lower high-volume plan - or to the Enterprise plan with 4,000 pages per month please contact our support team before your next renewal. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
