How can I share notes with my team?

Who can use this feature?

Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to all members on Web App.

The Shared Notes feature is designed to streamline your fax management process by allowing team members to add, view, and edit notes on received faxes.

Follow the steps below to share a note:

  1. Login to your Fax.Plus account, and go to the Faxes section on your Dashboard.
  2. Find the received fax you wish to add a note to and share it. Click on More (⋮), followed by Add Note.
  3. Share Note field and click on Confirm.

Note: After entering your note, it will automatically be visible next to the received fax document for all authorized team members in your Business or Enterprise account.
