How to delete an additional fax number on a Business or Enterprise Account

Who can use this feature?

Available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Accessible to Owners and Admins on Web App.

If you are using a Fax.Plus Business or Enterprise account, you have the option to delete additional fax numbers. However, please note that a minimum of two fax numbers will always remain in your account and cannot be removed. These two default fax numbers are provided free of charge as part of your Business or Enterprise plan.

What happens when I delete an additional fax number?

  • Only additional fax numbers can be deleted.
  • Once a number is deleted, it remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You cannot remove a number immediately, as it will stay assigned to your account until your subscription period ends.
  • There are no refunds for the fax number you have already paid for, even if you delete it before the end of the billing cycle.

How to delete an additional fax number?

  1. Log in to your Fax.Plus account as an Admin or Owner.
  2. Navigate to the Numbers section.
  3. Locate the fax number you wish to delete.
  4. Click on the three-dot menu (⁝) next to the number followed by Delete.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.
