I paid for a Fax.Plus plan but don't see my fax number or paid features - how to fix it

If you've completed payment but your fax number or paid plan isn't showing in your account, one of the following situations is likely the cause.

You may be logged in with the wrong email address

Each Fax.Plus account is tied to a specific email address. If your payment was made while signed in under a different account - for example, a work or alternate email - your plan and fax number will be associated with that account, not the one you're currently using.

Before contacting support, try signing in with any other email addresses you may have used when subscribing. This often resolves the issue immediately.

Your fax number was taken by another user at checkout

This occasionally happens when the number you selected is claimed by another customer at the exact moment you finalize your upgrade. The result is a failed upgrade attempt — even if your payment went through successfully.

If this is what happened, you can select a new number and upgrade again at no extra cost. Your original payment will be applied automatically.

You're not sure where to find your fax number

Your fax number is visible in the Settings section of your account. To locate it:

Web App

  1. Log in to your Fax.Plus account,
  2. Navigate to the Settings section on your dashboard.
  3. Look for the My Fax box, where your Fax Number is displayed.
  4. Alternatively, you can find your fax number by clicking on All My Numbers in the Faxes tab.

iOS

  1. Open the Fax.Plus app on your iOS device (make sure the latest version of Fax.Plus is installed on your iOS device).
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap on My Fax under General settings.
  4. Your fax number will be displayed next to the Fax Number.

Android

  1. Open the Fax.Plus app on your Android device (make sure the latest version of Fax.Plus is installed on your Android device).
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap on My Fax under General settings.
  4. Your fax number will be displayed next to the Fax Number.

By following these steps, you’ll easily locate your fax number and share it with your contacts when needed.

Note: Your number will remain yours as long as you maintain an active plan. Nevertheless, custom number will persist in your profile for an extra month in case you decide not to renew your plan.
